For those who are near Seattle, Boston and New York (JFK) are the only 2 options. And they both departure at night on the 29th, meaning you will only be able to grab the $29 USD fare for the outbound flight. The cheapest return flight that I could find is for the next day at $119 USD, bringing the total to $146.20 USD:

While this is still a great fare and if you intend to go to Boston or New York at some point, keep in mind the cost-per-mile (cpm) works out to 3.3 cents / mile, while TrueBlue points are valued at between 1-1.4 cpm only (see here). So do consider that before committing to a mileage run.
